Clients are required a non-refundable deposit to book appointments. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 72 hours before the beginning of your appointment or your deposit will NOT be applied towards last minute appointment rescheduling.
To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule and will need to pay another deposit. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, please understand that last-minute changes affect not only your technician but other clients as well. If you must reschedule an appointment, 72 hours in advance is required.
Touch Up Policy
A touch up is required for each new microblading client. Touch-ups are no sooner than 4 weeks and no later than 8 weeks after your 1st visit. If your touch up isn’t done in the allotted time period, it’s considered a new appointment and charged full price. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Previous Tattoo Policy
If you have a previous tattoo, please let me know prior to your appointment. I may ask you to send me pictures of your brows.There is a possibility that you are not a candidate for microblading and another style will be recommended. Your deposit will not be refunded if you come to an appointment and are not a candidate for microblading. Please read the section on my website “Is Microblading right for me,” before booking.
